DirBuild MFC Application Stopped Working

Customer running .488/14.06 & UTL 14.02
Running COMETEX & Directory REBUILD getting attached screen shot.
Followed the directions given in the post to Tom F on Dec 19, 2013, but did not work.
I DELETED QDIR & QDIR.I00
Then RE-CREATED in TST folder
Then tried COMETEX - REBUILD
REBUILD starts for about 1 - 2 seconds and then attached screen message appears.
Have ran vcredisc_x86.exe from the Comet Folder

NO Change

Still get screen shot when trying to run CometEx Re-Build

Thoughts?
