I have the same problem with more than one account.

QSPOOL to start with has no love for PCL. Whenever I had programs using PCL, I tried to avoid the QSPOOL altogether. It's limited output buffer size prevent the use of any kind of graphics.

At one of my major account, I got rid of PCL altogether and switch to Windoze printing. One library does it all. But no QSPOOL or DocMgr there.

I had requested the possibility of using our own routine to print from DocMgr (Right-Click menu). I resolved to use my own CometSpooler which I wrote in VB and is compatible with both QSPOOL & DocMgr. It also does a great job with XML documents (xml2Print using PlanetPress).
