COMET 2002 : Startup error

Getting the following messages from a Windows NT 4.0 SP6 up to date on Hotfixes when starting COMET:
"COMET IPC Init: A fatal error occured while loading CFAM"
Then
" Unrecognized system platform (windows version). An upgrade to Comet or Windows may be warranted"

Coemt then shuts down.

All my other NT stations run wihtout problems.

Any ideas ?
