Are you talking about our old NOVA help system or one you've designed yourself? Our help programs are released as Comet16-compiled objects. COMMON should be passed to them from a Comet32 object unless it comes across a string variable that's longer than 254 or a numeric bigger than 16. If you've written your own and want a way to pass info from one program to another and not have to use COMMON have you considered SetGlobal/GetGlobal?
