Windows error 183

Just today, a client of mine started getting Windows error 183 when doing a copyfile even though there is nothing in the destination folder. Program has not changed in weeks. Tried changing the destination folder and that did not work. Nothing else has changed on the system. Anyone else experiencing this problem?
