comet 2007 on windows 2008r2 64 bit

how to i launch comet 2007 on a windows 2008r2 64 bit server.

it works fin on my windows 2003 32 bit server but i am wanting to move it to my new server running win 2008 64 bit. reading thru the forums it talks about comet32 i do not see this file in any of my directories.
