Thanks for the follow up Jim. I have discovered something that may or may not be helpful. Version 475 does not appear to have the problem. I realize this is a long way back but I've been developing more code using extended windows over time. That could explain the delay in locating the problem. This weekend I set the account back to Version 475. If we go a week without blank screens we may have a working theory.
