I use an email printer to print order confirmation (XAP) and invoices (Comet). Local users (within the building) have no problems, but outside people are not getting on or the other email. The DocMgr shows an error for the line(s) that don't finish. I use CometPDF for the printer. Could this be a timing problem between CometPDF and the DocMgr?
