CAW Host DLL update

Customer has stand-alone CAW host (Win7). Yesterday, I updated their custom Comet DLL's, via Windows, into COS. Tested the new DLL screen on a regular workstation. But, on the CAW Host's normal Comet session (T900), the DLL caused a program hang as one of the preexisting IDD's came up "not found". The CAW Host had to be restarted to refresh the DLL.

Why doesn't the CAW Host see that the DLL has a newer data/time stamp and copy it to CATEMP.

Also, this CAW Host never seems to have the version update file in TMP.
