User reported DOCMGR fault in Copy between archives

One of my users sent me the following screen shots of DOCMGR after trying to copy from SPL (Spool) to SPA (Spool Archive)

I can't recreate this on my system.

we're both Windows XP and the production system is 613.479

I know this is old... I'm trying to upgrade my TEST system to 615.493 and then upgrade the PROD system to that next week

P.S. I feel a push for this because the accounting department needs to go to Windows 7 or greater to run software to access remote data bases at our banks (XP won't work for this)... so it will be smoother (IMHO) to use the "latest & greatest"
