I placed my DLL manually in the $(CATOOLS) directory and the problem went away. I have not compiled my List Box programs in a long time. So, as Barbara mentions, I believe a compile with the new versions of the Windows folders will automatically do the transfer to the remote user. I just haven't gotten around to re-compiling and testing yet.
