Reporter %% problem

Reporter seems to be having a problem with back to back %% fields.

PRINTER %CSVFILE%,%DIR%,H

The %DIR% doesn't resolve. #CPROMPT is good.

Changing the IBR back to hard-coded DIR's works.

Changing %DIR% to %ZDIR% doesn't.
