Customer has a program called REPORTS that I was hoping to eliminate. If a $ name is passed in COMMON, the program forwards the $ to QREPORTS. Otherwise, it allows the user to enter a report name with or without the $. I can make the IBR change here.

Security considerations necessitate the intermediary program.
