If I use (Document= and it fails, then no PDF reaches DocMgr. Could the order be flipped so that DocMgr comes first. With the DocMgr PDF in place, I can recover from the failed (Document=.

(Document= could use some error messaging.

And, as I remember, the working PDF, wherever it may be, goes missing too.
