CometEx annoyance

Was clearing out a project DIR and had some residual stuff that caused CometEx to barf. DIRCAT looked normal, no trouble with its display of file info.

1) From Windows, I deleted the all the files except the QDIR's.
2) Tried to do a DIRBUILD in CometEx but an empty, albeit corrupt, QDIR can't be rebuilt.
3) Copied a file into the DIR.
4) DIRBUILD now works.
5) erased file to empty QDIR.

Annoying extra steps.

Would like multi-file open if the selected files are IBS, INC, and IBR. Maybe TXT and CSV too.
