West coast end-user calls me this morning as nobody can connect to Comet. I connect to their server and SecServer UI is red X'd. Start & stop CometServices, same thing. Operations Manager restarts server, same thing. Static internal IP address of their server has not changed. License is current. IT services group were working on the network last night. If they closed ports 11750-11759 on the firewall would I get this symptom? 15.02 Comet Services, installed 9/25.
