cometlib registration

Barb,
I am so rusty.
I am trying to setup a laptop at Orange, via Teamviewer.
I have installed comet & it starts to run and then tells me its having trouble registering cometlib, err 2. I am running comet as an administrator.
Laptop is an asus running windows10.
