The error log screenshot is weird. The program name is ERROR!!! which is a string of text that Comet32 puts in the program field of the task info after the error is recorded so that it will show up noticeably on a status screen that uses PSTAT - especially handy for monitoring background partitions. I'd check the error log for that user to see if anything else occurred just before the time of this error.
