The Comet32 compiler does support a command list such as this:
! //IB//Src(j2.ibs) Obj(j2) Opt(L)
! //IB//Src(j3.ibs) Obj(j3) Opt(L)

From UE I clicked the compile button for the file containing the command list and all programs compiled.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
