html printers on NT4.0

I've configured an HTML printer on one of my clients' system. It works fine for all of the windows 98se machines on his network. However, the boss uses the server from time to time to run comet. I can't get the HTML printer (LPH) to work on the server running NT4.0. He is running COMET 2003.
