Win 10 and Comet 16

Has anybody been able to make this happen? I tried windows 10 32 bit and windows 10 64 bit.

No matter what I do, Comet 2013, 2014 and 2015 wants to run in Comet 32 mode.

I havent been able to compile for a week now.
