My problem with WAKEUP, in Comet32, is that there's no "break" feature. Once set, it can't be stopped. I converted the C32 version of my program to use SetTimer.
WAKEUP is like an alarm clock that's set to go off at a given time. But, if you wake up early and want to turn the alarm off, you can't.
SetTimer is like a microwave. When you hear the popcorn stop popping, you can turn it off. You don't have to wait for the ding.
