It looks like the Comet32 compiler is creating the ".lst" file in the same directory as the spec file. Beginning with Comet version .477 the listing file was moved to "TMP" (by request from several users). Did you check the update date of CosM32 in both the "Comet" folder and that user's Windows temp folder?
