WIN SERVER 2012 VM QUESTION ABOUT MBPS

Hi,

We have tested the speed with the network department and is it normal CFAM used only 1 MBPS on the server 2012 VM instead of 3 MBPS on a window server 2003 for the same test?

Did anyone have seen this situation before?

If yes, is there a way to fix it?
