OK, John that's good. Since you can run SYSGEN I'd like you to make one change, SYSGEN it, and try again.

First, erase all the .cfg files - or at least rename the ".cfg" part so SYSGEN doesn't find them.
In the NODE section of your Comet.ini, change Server = N01,S; to Server = N01,SC; This tells Comet that JOHN-DELL is both the security server and the file server.
Then start Comet without the /PN= and run SYSGEN to build a new MIS_3.cfg.
Add the /PN=MIS_3 back in and see if you get farther.
