Network drive

Upgrading a customer from comet2005 to comet2014. Same server, same ip address. I only created a new folder \comet2014 and sub folders \rel and \utl. When i try to run comet from Windows 7 64-bit it will not go into sysgen and errors with Network Drive not allowed T:\comet2014\rel\. Then I get an unhandled exception (61) has occured attempting Run of "CMON32" on "REL". opcode(0) Program address (00000000) Program not found.
