Err starting P03.

I get this message when I tried to run P03. P00 and P01 come up fine P02 is Comet Any (not started).
Err 88 keys but no records in file
last lun mon-t03 , cos
03 open
d:\comet\cos\mon-t03.I00
move file read/write
no dos error reported
