SecSrv is only for Comet32 clients. If they are running Comet16 they can only use SecLic.

The auto-logout after a period of no activity is only for the file server. If the TCP connection from the client is broken as it would be if they powered off, the Security Server should get the disconnect message and log them out. If that didn't happen for some reason, you will have to restart the services to get rid of that user.
