I have one customer left running mixed C16 & C32. Last May, converted the PO Master file (Q10) to multi-key and replaced three cross-reference files. After several weeks, started getting a strange problem. The VNBR$ started getting blanked for some users. Had to convert the Buyers to C32. Same kind of problem with the Q12 conversion to multi-keyed.
Audit logic (Basically)...
WRITE (10,1710) KEY = QPNBR$
PRINT (1) QVNBR$
INQUIRE (10,1710) KEY = QPNBR$
PRINT (1) QVNBR$
Second QVNBR$ would be blank. WTF??? I now consider C16 "unstable".
You might be OK if you retro'd to last C16 release of everything.
IMAGE has to go. All my customers had IMAGE eliminated as part of Y2K and/or Qantel to Comet conversions.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
