The connection that's "failing" is the the one between the Comet client and the Security Server (port 11750). The virtual dongle is working just fine. I can see it checking in to our server on a regular basis.
It's interesting that just before each time it reports that failure there was a failed attempt to startup. The AddDirectory failed for folder C:\Windows\system32\REL\. I doubt you really have REL there. For some reason Comet thinks the current working directory is "C:\Windows\system32". See the /WD="C:\Windows\system32" in the log?
This needs more study, but perhaps my observations will give you some idea.
