CFAM failure

CAW to customer was down. Connected to server where CAW host runs. Found message 1.jpg and saw that the Database Server had failed 2.jpg.

Oddly, no users were interrupted. I started the CAW Host and was able to do the requested file maintenance.


I requested they do a CometServices restart the next AM.

Customer running latest.
