Ultra Edit project Compile problem

While trying to get Compile Project to work I lost my Ultra Edit Comet Tool Bar.
I have restored the tool bar using Tom Fulton's UEDIT32.INI files from his C:|windows and C:\users\.....Ultraedit directories.
Compile Project and Edit Project display in Tool Configuration under the Advanced Tab Unfortunately, they do not display on the Comet Tool Bar. When I click the down arrow button on the Comet Tool Bar, they are not listed as an option.

Any help/instructions to get the project icons onto the toolbar would be appreciated.
