Docmgr configure

I'm having trouble configuring a printer for DocMgr and alias spooler (if needed??) When I print to LP1, Comet says it is offline and nothing appears in DocMgr. Here are relevant parts of SYSGEN:

[PRINTERS]

Printer=LP1, P, X, SPL:2013DOCS,Adobe PDF,,;

[SPOOLERS]

Spool = SP1,$(LP1);


[DIRECTORIES]
88 = C ,C:\USERS\JOHN\TRUCK\COMET2013\SPL\; SPL DocMgr
