CFILES improvements
Fields tab
1) File Type - add ExtKey
2) Refresh file size - this file was 63 and K - changed to X and 100
3) If F, why ask for EditMask & Description
4) If adding a new field, calculate the position - QFILES did

Utilities tab Export/Import
1) When doing an export - fill the First/Last fields with the file name from the files list
2) When you switch to Import - fill the Directory list with the directories that have a CFILES.TXT. Highlight the first entry.
