I haven't figured it out yet but did you notice that the old log (the one that works) shows
Using configuration: T:\comet\node_25.cfg

The new log (the one that doesn't work) shows
Using Configuration: \\JTSERVER\PDF_Apps\Comet\node_25.CFG
