Comet 2004 Run-Time error

Running Comet 2004 on Windows 98se. Had a disk crash. Installed new drive. Restored from backup to new drive.

Ran ServerInstall, CometServerProducts, & CometWorkstation.

Installed Microsoft dll's from download page.

Getting the following error on startup:

Run-time error '430':
Class does not support Automation or does not support expected interface.
================================================================
