To use Windoze Printing, you simply configure your printer without the :RAW

Instead of using PCL Escape sequences, you use Printer Mnemonics. I can't deny that there is a little learning curve but mostly it is a one-for-one command substitution. Plus it allows you to use any less expensive laser printers.

Any font available to Windows can be printed on the printer unlike PCL that requires font to be resident (or uploaded) in the printer.
