Are you using the email printer?
This question comes up surprisingly often. You are sending emails to an SMTP server. The server must send the emails on to the recipient's email server. This process takes some time to do. The SMTP server may also have some throttling limits built into it as well.
1. The email printer has a timeout of 30 seconds built into it.
2. Try inserting a pause of some length between emails. Start with a pause of 30 seconds (30*18=540) after every 5th email.
3. Or, pause 10 seconds after each email.

Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
