If you are looking for acceptable remote desktop support software I stumbled across this program and the free version works great and never expires.
http://www.AnyDesk.com
I was using Teamviewer but got into the Commercial Use area and it simply was to expensive for me to purchase and timed me out within minutes. Couldn't use it any longer. It is by far still the best remote desktop software I have ever used.
With AnyDesk I have had 4 remote locations going at the same time from my workstation. A really nice feature is copy/paste works between the local/remote workstations. Wheras with TeamViewer you have to go into the file transfer app.
Another nice feature is you can save all the remote locations into a folder on your desktop and simply click on the location and you are connected in seconds.
I hope this helps someone.
