I updated my customer's license weeks ago and again yesterday but the license still shows an expiration of 05/01/2016. I cannot use Comet explorer because the Com license is missing (error #13). Customer cannot login to programs and I cannot get to the explorer to find out why. HELP.
I also used SECLIC to update the license. Logs are attached.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
