Cannot Find Comet Files

My client picked up their network and moved to a new location. They assure me nothing changed.

I am getting the following message ( which I have never seen before ) when they and I launch Comet.exe

My target is x:\dpac\comet.exe /pn=dpac8 /32

Start In folder is x:\dpac

They are running Comet 2012.

see attached picture of the error.
