Time-out error message (not showing)

I'm still getting a time out error using the Email Printer.
Even after including pauses to all my programs using the Email Printer.
Would it be possible when we get the message of the time-out error that Comet would try again to use the email printer without someone clicking on the "OK" button with the mouse ?
I don't have people in front of the screen to see the messages. And when they click "OK" the system continues like nothing happened.
I'm asking if Comet could try multiple times before asking someone to click to continue.
My client is using between 300 to 1000+ emails everyday.
