One difference between the 2 logs is the location of the user's temp folder. This is the folder that CometLib needs to be registered for. Comet.exe is supposed to do the registration when it fires up. The FAQ page has info on how to register it to the %temp% folder. FAQ link is at top of forum page. Be sure to be logged in as the admin user with temp folder C:\Users\admin\AppData\Local\Temp\. The user that registered properly is C:\Users\admin\AppData\Local\Temp\3\ which suggests an RDP user because of the "3" in the path. Apparently the tcl script is logging in to Windows differently than the RDP user.
