Tom:

There was something mysterious going on Sunday night with our Dongle Server. We were downloading and installing long overdue Windows updates. While that shouldn't have interfered with the Dongle Server there are indications on our server that it did.

There are no problems this morning. Calvin checked in with the Dongle Server twice overnight and I see they just restarted the Security Server. All looks well on this end.

The info sent from the Dongle Server to the customer is encrypted. The error they're getting indicates that it could not be decrypted successfully.

We are running some pre-release XAP software on the Dongle Server. While we don't think that's a problem, let me revert it back to a stable release and see if the problem goes away.
