COMET MAXES OUT CPU AVAILABLE MEM

WE HAVE A SITUATION WHERE UP TO 3 0R 4 TIMES PER DAY, A COMET USER WILL INCREASE CPU MEMORY UTILIZATION TO 100%. THIS CAN OCCUR WHEN WE HAVE 5 USERS ACTIVE IN COMET, OR 50. AS SOON AS THE "RESPONSIBLE SESSION" EXITS COMET, THE MEMORY GOES BACK TO NORMAL. WE HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO TRACE THIS TO A PARTICULAR PROGRAM OR SECTION WITHIN A PROGRAM. ANY IDEAS ON HOW WE CAN TROUBLE SHOOT?
