Noticed that one user had run into a batch of E34's on LUN 3 over an 8 minute period.

The customer has light security so users can run programs from a menu or READY::. Menu programs start with CLOSE and OPEN (0) TERM$ and never use LUN 3.

Is QMONITOR leaving LUN 3 open under some circumstance?
