Can always "call" another windows resource to do it. That's what I did, I delegated the matrix printing to PlanetPress' Planet Watch 7.
It should otherwise be trivial to write a small VB.net program to generate it if there's a library somewhere to do this.
Are you looking at Data Matrix, PDF417 or QR Code ? (Recent search say's they are public domain)
