The correct link is below. Your list looks a bit different. Yes, "error" 0 is SUCCESS.

As far as I know you can't get back a result from your program. All the return code tells you is whether the ShellExecute worked. We have this issue with the Reporter. It needs to know if the compilation of the generated program was clean. To find out, it reads the listing file created by the compiler. You might want to do something similar.
