I am attempting to setup COMET Anywhere security with the IDMAINT program at one of our customers and I cannot seem to get to to work. I used the IDMAINT prgm and created the IDFILE on the COS directory as recommended. I setup a few "One" time passswords, and selected Enable Build Mode: N, Secure remote users only: Y. When I exit the IDMAINT prgm I did not close the outer door. I re-started the CometAW host session (but don't think I have to) and when I login to the CA host machine via Cometaw, CMONITOR runs QMONITOR with any password or login prompting. As if no security was setup, or as if it found a valid session id.
The COMETAW host pc is running COMET2004 .335 and there are running a Comet nlm server w/ver 4.03. It is as if the prgm is finding a valid seesion id#, or as if no security has been setup. I also tried the build mode option and that is not working here either.
