Thanks Barbara. I copied license.txt, csecsrv.exe, and csecsrv.lic to the startup folder.

Now the csecsrv.exe is starting up and notepad is launching the license.txt. How do I stop notepad from launching? I know I should know this but I don't so I'm asking you or anyone who has the answer.
